Target Personnel was opened in 2004, by Ruth and Peter Huber. Both have a long history in the temporary placement business, and opened the business to grow light industrial, manufacturing and production placements in the lower mainland.
Target Personnel’s focus is to find suitable placements for people where their skillset will best be utilized. Satisfying both customer and job applicant is the goal. Most customers may start out looking for a temporary employee, and then find that they have found a long term solution. Most of our clients use Target for permanent hire as well.
